Today has been one of those days when nothing really exciting, funny or unusual has happened but I will still make the effort to post something for my reader(s) - at least I know I have one (at the moment anyway !)
It been trying to rain all day and now it has started!! It's been raining now for the past 10 minutes. There's something strange about the rain - I love it !! I like the way it gently patters against the window and how it drips of various different things. It's wonderful and when you get a quiet moment you can almost hear it being absorbed into the ground.
I love umbrellas for some strange reason !
I love the smell after it's been raining hard for a few minutes and then the sun comes out. It's a lovely feeling, sight and smell but I have a feeling the smell may be the sulphuric acid in the raindrops !!!!
Another thing I like about the cold weather is that fact that you're not always in it !! I remember last year there was a day or two when it snowed really heavily. Everyone else was out in the snow throwing it at each other and I was quite content snuggled up underneath my blanket with a mug of hot chocolate watching Bridget Jones' Diary. You can have your fun but I would much rather be warm and without the pain of frost bitten fingers !! Anyway that's what I'd rather do !!

I love hot chocolate !! I really don't drink it often enough. There are some right weird hot chocolate flavours like mint, orange, hazel nut and fat free hot chocolate !! How can you do that?! If I were Prime Minister I would ban flavoured hot chocolate and every drink would be at least several thousand calories a sip !! Oh and covered in cream *drools* and maybe a dusting of cocao powder - yes that would be the perfect hot chocolate!!
I could have one right now.... in fact I think I will!

Wow I love your blog! I know this perhaps late for this blog entry but I agree with your views on rain, cold weather and hot chocolate! ^-^
And why do they make flavours? It's just chocolate please. Apparantly the white chocolate flavour is disgusting...
